I am so lost, and confused diary, I must tell you now... I have met the boy that is the son of the man who hit me, and he has shown kindness to me... but I do not know how to respond, he is being like a friend... but still asking me to do things like a servant... I guess I have no choice... I just wish my father was here... and I have heard news... as I was cleaning the floors I heard the man speak... he was talkig about the man that he bought me from... his name was James... I can not believe that James would do that to me, we were not friends, but he was like an uncle... I just feel so bad.
